We require a 30% retainer and the remainder on completion of each job.
How is communication handled?
We can easily and quickly be contacted via email, mobile phone and on-site by appointment.
How many changes can I make?
Within reason, as many as it takes to get the job exactly as you want it!
What about confidentiality?
We uphold your confidentiality policy. All work is written as unique content to your specific business needs. No item will be reused, sold or rewritten for any other client. Please feel free to contact me to discuss any concerns regarding this with us.
How do I know that the work will be to my business standard?
I am a qualified and professional graphic designer with administrative assistant and writing experience. Everyone on my team has extensive experience in writing and business services as well.
