The Power of  Vision Boards A picture is worth a thousand words – unknown As a psychic or creative, you probably already have a good grasp on visuals. You know how powerful an image is, whether it’s physical or seen through your mind.  I’m both a creative and an empath, so visuals are a part of my everyday life.  For example, my youngest granddaughter asked me to make a skirt for her Barbie/Elsa Frozen doll the other day while I was taking care of her over the holidays. I could have gotten out my sewing machine, found a pattern, cut out the fabric and stitched up a skirt. But she wanted it right now, as kids often do. So instead, I visualized how I wanted the…

Why Outlining Your Book Is Easy with a Template You’re ready to start sharing your story with the world. You just know that the words you share will help others. You know you have a story to share with the world. You’ve even started playing around with the idea of writing a book. you know it will have a great impact on others. But self-doubt is holding you back from putting it out there. The Dreaded SELF-DOUBT I hear ya. I often didn’t believe it when I was told my writing was good.  I still have times when I hesitate to publish my work.

Start Your Day Off on the Right Foot Even If You’re Not A Morning Person

I’ll admit it. Mornings are my favorite time of the day. I get up before everyone else, grab a cup of hot tea, watch the sun rise and make my plans for the day.  This simple routine every day helps me get my day off to a good start. Not everyone gets out of bed in the morning easily and in a good mood, though.  Some can bounce out of bed eagerly anticipating the day, willing to talk  to anyone who will listen.  Others groggily stagger out of bed reluctantly.  And it’s best not to speak to them for a while or they’ll bite your head off Do either of these describe you?  Or do you fall somewhere in between?  Which would you rather be?  Typically,…

    How’s your Mindset?

How’s your mindset? Do you try to be positive or are you more of a negative Nelly? All my life I’ve always tried to have a positive outlook. Even when situations in my life looked it’s worst, I’d push through until I came out on the positive side of it. After years of being the caregiver for everyone else I forgot to take care of me. Now that I no longer am in that…
